Presence that compounds.
One team owns the calendar, the creative and the reporting. You approve a month ahead, and you see what moved against a number agreed before the month started.
The same cycle, on the same dates, every month.
You always know what is due from us and what is due from you.
Planning
We draft the calendar for the coming month against the objective set at the start of the engagement — enquiries, applications, attendance, recruitment, whatever the actual goal is. Each planned item carries the objective it serves, so nothing is on the calendar simply to fill a slot.
For institutional clients the plan is checked against the communications calendar that already exists: announcements, statutory dates, events, and anything under embargo.
Approval
You see every concept before production begins — copy, direction and reference, not a finished asset. Changing a concept costs a conversation; changing a finished film costs a week. One round of changes is included at this stage.
Where sign-off involves more than one person, we agree who holds final approval before the first month starts. Unclear approval chains are the most common cause of a missed publishing date.
Production
Shooting, editing, copy and design, produced in-house by the people who do that craft. The month is finished before it begins, which is what keeps quality steady when something urgent arrives mid-month.
Assets are delivered to you as well as scheduled — you hold the source files, not only the published post.
Publishing & community
Scheduled posting plus active community management inside agreed hours. Comments and messages are answered, not collected. Anything needing a real answer — a complaint, a factual question, a press enquiry — is escalated to you under rules written before the engagement starts.
Accounts stay in your name. We work through delegated access and hand it back on request, at any time, without a conversation about it.
Reporting
One page of numbers against the objective, and one page of judgement: what underperformed, what we think caused it, and what changes next month. Reach and engagement are reported, but they are not the objective unless you said they were.
Where paid budget was spent it is reported as cost per outcome — per enquiry, per application, per registration — against the figure agreed before we spent anything.
Formats built for institutions, not for trends.
Announcements, explainers, data cards and short video — produced to a standard that survives being screenshotted and forwarded.
Representative formats — illustrative examples produced for this page, not client work.
Each craft handled by someone who does that craft.
Social work fails when one generalist writes, designs, edits and reports. Every part of the month has a specialist attached to it.
Owns the objective and the report
Sets what the month is trying to move and holds the plan against it. Owns the monthly report and the recommendation that follows it.
Every visual made by a designer
Every visual asset is produced by a designer, not by an engineer or a scheduler. Brand consistency across a year of posts is a design discipline, and it is staffed as one.
Written in your register
Writes in your institution's register, including the formal one. Public-sector communication has a tone that cannot be improvised.
Filmed and cut in-house
Filming, cutting, motion and subtitling handled in-house, so the schedule does not depend on an external editor's availability.
Spend reported as cost per outcome
Structures campaigns, tests creative, and reports spend against cost per outcome rather than impressions.
Two or three channels, run properly.
We do not run every platform for every client, and we say so when a channel is not worth your budget. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Facebook, chosen per engagement.
Craft tools
Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion, Figma for design, Lightroom for stills.
Your credentials, not a tool's
Native platform scheduling through delegated access, so nothing depends on a third-party tool holding your credentials.
Reported to your objective
Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, reported through Looker Studio against your objective.
