Home / Our team

Qualified for the work in front of them.

Chartered Accountants, engineers trained at the IITs and IIITs, and specialists in each craft a service actually depends on. We staff by discipline, not by who happens to be free.

Who does the work

Where the credentials sit, and what they are for.

Chartered Accountants

Statutory work specified by someone who has filed

Qualified CAs on the team, which is why a system that touches GST, TDS or statutory filing is specified by someone who has actually filed one. It is also why the free calculators cite the provisions they implement rather than approximating them, and why Reconciler AI is designed around how a reviewer works rather than how a developer imagines they work.

Engineering · IIT / IIIT

The architecture decisions that outlast year three

Engineering is led by graduates of the IITs and IIITs. That matters most at the architecture stage, where the decisions that determine whether a system survives its third year are made — the data model, the traceability design, and the choice to use technology you can hire for after we hand it over.

Design

Every visual made by a designer

Specialist designers produce every visual asset on the social media service. Holding a brand together across a year of posts is a design discipline, and it is staffed as one — not handed to an engineer or a scheduler with a template.

Video & motion

Filmed and cut in-house

Filming, cutting, motion and subtitling handled in-house, so a publishing date never depends on an external editor's availability.

Copy & strategy

Written in your register, held to the objective

Writing in an institution's own register — including the formal one — is a skill of its own. Strategy sets what a month is trying to move and is accountable for reporting whether it moved.

How we staff

The people who scope the work are the people who do it.

No scope-and-swap

Whoever sits in your discovery meeting is on the engagement through delivery. We do not scope with seniors and deliver with whoever is available, and we do not rotate a shared pool between clients mid-engagement.

A name, not a queue

Support after handover names an individual engineer, not a queue. You should know who answers when something breaks at month-end.

Work with the people who'll do the work.

Or send a CV — we're always glad to meet people who take a craft seriously.
